 Due to increased theft of packages we HIGHLY recommend using Route insurance on all orders. We are not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our facility. 

Goddess Equestrian Return & Exchange Policy

At Goddess Equestrian, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below for U.S. and international orders.


U.S. Customers:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, please email us at GoddessEquestrianInfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Exchanges:

  • We offer free exchanges for size, color, or style within 30 days of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at GoddessEquestrianInfo@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your exchange request.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and ship the new item once we receive the original.

International Customers:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • To start a return, email us at GoddessEquestrianInfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Exchanges:

  • Due to international shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. Instead, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size, color, or style.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at GoddessEquestrianInfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at GoddessEquestrianInfo@gmail.com  with your order number, whether you're requesting a return or exchange, and a brief explanation.
  2. We will provide further instructions and, for U.S. customers, a prepaid return label if applicable. 

Shipping Policy & Package Protection

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Goddess Equestrian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After your package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (DHL, USPS, or UPS). If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.

We understand how frustrating it can be when something happens to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added peace of mind. Route Package Protection is available for all orders, covering items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 

If you’ve purchased Route Package Protection, rest assured that if your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team is here to help. They will work with you to ensure your order is either replaced or refunded according to your preference.

  • Claims are typically reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days from the time of filing.
  • Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable.
